For this program, we will work one-on-one in a series of health and wellness coaching sessions for three months. Similar to the 3-hour program, we will provide personalized tools to help you implement lifestyle and behavior adjustments to improve health and wellbeing. Over the three months you will get plenty of guidance, accountability, and support.
Since the program will last for three months, you will get to track your progress as we go along and use it for long-term health improvement. We will also be helping you adjust and tweak health and wellness plans (if needed) with our personalized tools to help you achieve your healthy weight.
Worried about what meals to prepare and eat? As part of the 3-month health and wellness coaching sessions, we will provide personalized nutrition advice to help you make healthful food choices that match your health goals. We will review unlimited emails and food journals ato help you reach your goals. You will also have access to a multitude of healthy recipes and grocery shopping tips. Plus, we will help you with your weekly meal planning and offer one virtual cupboard "clean-out."
Every week, we will have our 15 to 30-minute check-in calls via phone. Meanwhile, every month, we will have a 50-minute meeting via video chat, phone, or a combination to meet your health goals and ensure you are on track.
Our 6-month health and wellness coaching program is for those eager to delve deeper into health and lifestyle. It includes everything offered in the 3-month health and wellness coaching program but with a more comprehensive approach.
