Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix ground turkey, chia seeds, and seasonings in a large bowl
3. Form mixture into balls using a rounded tablespoon
4. Arrange meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake on 350F until internal temp reaches 165F, about 30 minutes
